OUR COACHING METHOD IS simply UNIQUE

And has already proved its worth in thousands of accompaniments.

Clarifying the desired result

Target result
We often lack clarity about what we really want to achieve, sometimes even when we're convinced we know what we want. The first step is to achieve total clarity and be as specific as possible.
1

Clarifying the root of the problem

The obstacle
In 100% of situations, the problem we identify is never really the reason for our lack of results or the challenges we face.  In this case, we're looking for the underlying cause of the problem.
2

Cognitive Reframing

A new perspective
This is where the magic of coaching comes into play. Many tools are used to reprogram the cognitive distortions that hinder progress towards the goal.
3

Strategic Action Sessions

Action and peace of mind
Reduce mental noise by clarifying what needs to be done, when and how. The aim is to provide mental fluidity, reducing uncertainty and offering concrete, achievable steps. Guide towards execution with confidence and clarity.
4
Too theoretical
Too boring
Low-impact

OUR pedagogy is also UNIQUE

The micro-learning loop

1. Microlearning theory

Our brains are designed to assimilate small amounts of information at a time.

2. Observation of a model

See the real application of theory by an expert coach in a real, unorchestrated context.

4. Focused Analysis (SAS)

Just like top-level athletes, get inside the head of an expert who dissects real coaching.

3. Focused practice

Contrary to a classic practice, we focus our practice on a micro element of the global protocol.

A unique teaching approach based on Anders Ericsson's research

A researcher at Florida State University, Anders Ericsson has devoted over 30 years of his life to answering one question...

How do you design a training program that allows you to be among the best in record time?

After studying chess champions, athletes, entrepreneurs, violinists, doctors, pilots and teachers in search of an answer, Anders finally put his finger on an ingredient shared by all professions that demand a high level of excellence: focused (deliberate) practice.
anders ericsson

Dozens of hours of coaching on video.

Like top-level athletes, get inside the head of an expert who dissects real-life coaching sessions.

  • Micro-expression
  • Asymmetry
  • Breathing
  • Eye movement
  • Skin tone
  • Hand gestures
  • Lip smacks...

Say more than words. In these sessions, an expert coach analyzes a coaching session and comments on each question, turning the coaching around.

Faster, longer-lasting progress, thanks to the microlearning loop.

With focused practice, there is a steady climb towards excellence, characterized by the creation of solid mental models and the continuous improvement of reflexes. This type of learning actively engages the learner in a process where every detail is scrutinized and perfected, leading to deep-rooted skills and enhanced performance over the long term.
Unlike theoretical learning that stagnates, or ordinary practice that can lead to reduced vigilance and increased errors, focused practice promotes sustained growth and exceptional mastery of skills.

BUT Change isn't just a question of what you do...

coaching tools for everyone

Only 1 in 5 students want to become a coach by enrolling in PXS

Support yourself.
And accompany others.

Before we can skilfully guide others, coaching teaches us to guide ourselves. This introspection enables us to understand our own behavior, our emotions and what makes us who we are, creating fertile, stable ground for coaching others.
1

Make an impact on your loved ones.

Whether it's helping a colleague overcome professional obstacles, supporting a friend in his or her life decisions, or guiding those around us towards the realization of their goals, each day-to-day intervention becomes a lever for change.

By observing the concrete impact of our accompaniment on those around us, our sense of satisfaction and accomplishment grows, contributing to our own fulfillment.
2

Learning for life.

Acquiring coaching skills is not just about overcoming an immediate difficulty; it's about equipping yourself with a lasting tool. This mastery offers concrete tools, easy to apply on a daily basis, to tackle and overcome varied and complex life situations. Coaching becomes a life companion, an ally in our personal and professional evolution.

A few definitions of the types of appointments on offer
  • Live Modules: The synchronous online sessions are led by an experienced coach and trainer. These sessions include knowledge sharing, practice, group work, and interactions with the trainer. They occur once a month over a weekend, lasting one or two days. A day of training equates to 6 hours and 15 minutes of instruction plus 1 hour and 15 minutes of breaks.
  • Asynchronous Online Modules: These consist of self-learning materials such as theoretical videos, examples of coaching sessions, exercises, memos, quizzes, among others. These materials prepare you for the live modules and also help you retain and deepen the content covered during the live sessions.
  • Guided Triad by a Professional: Group practice appointments in groups of three. Each participant takes turns being the coach, coachee, and observer for 30 minutes. A professional coach is present to provide feedback to each participant and evaluate their skills using an evaluation grid.
  • Independent Triads: Group appointments in groups of three. Each participant takes turns being the coach, coachee, and observer for 30 minutes. Participants provide mutual feedback.
  • Masterclasses: Sessions with a Mastercoach for 2 hours to ask questions about the knowledge shared in the previous module and to practice and receive feedback from the Mastercoach.
  • Group Supervision: Sessions with a supervising coach to discuss challenges encountered during coaching sessions, particularly related to the coach's stance. Questions raised during supervision might include: "I am uncomfortable with silence," "I feel blocked when the person in front of me cries," "I am too stressed and forget all the questions when the person in front of me is lost."
  • Mastermind: Meetings with a group of students who share common goals or challenges ("I want to start my business." "I want to overcome my fear of facing a real client."). The Mastermind will be facilitated during the first meetings by a professional.
  • Mentoring: Informal meetings with a group of students who share common goals or challenges related to their learning experience, motivation (e.g., difficulties encountered during training, defining their professional goals, not feeling supported by their surroundings). These meetings will be facilitated by a school alumni.
